Your data belongs to you. If you want to leave MyRosalis, for a break or for good, you can do it yourself, without sending an email or giving a reason.
Before you go: export your memories
In "My profile", the GDPR section lets you download a copy of your data. Take a few minutes to save it: after deletion, nothing can be restored.
Delete in three steps
1. Open "My profile" and scroll down to "Delete my account". 2. Read the summary of what will be erased. 3. Type the confirmation word requested, then confirm.
Your account, your tracking, your photos, your documents and any subscription are then permanently deleted from our servers.
Leaving is part of the journey too. Whatever you decide, we wish you and your family all the best.
